Malcolm Turnbull Appointed Becomes Prime Minister of Australia

Malcolm Turnbull appointed becomes Prime Minister of Australia today, a day after beating Tony Abbott in an internal election.

Turnbull is now officially became PM Australia 29th, as part of the latest political traditions of Australia are quickly replacing leaders who is considered failed.

"It's the most fun time as citizens of Australia," said Turnbull told reporters in Canberra after his victory in the internal election of the Liberal Party, as reported by the AFP News Agency, Tuesday (9/15/2015).

The millionaire promised to provide a new style of leadership. He pledged the Government would hold a consultation which is based, in contrast to the leadership of Abbott.

Turnbull was sworn in by the Queen's representative in Australia, the United Kingdom Governor-General Sir Peter Cosgrove. After that, he will hold the first session of the Council of his Cabinet.

"My strong Belief is that in order to become a successful leader in 2015, it may also at any time, you should be able to bring the community supports you with respect of their intelligentsia with the way you explain things," he said. "We need advocacy, not slogans," he said again.

In the internal election of the Liberal Party, Turnbull victory with a tally of 54 votes against 44 votes to Abbott.

The 60-year-old Turnbull is also known as the millionaire, a former banker and businessman. In the Government of PM Abbott, Turnbull served as Minister of communications.

Meanwhile, in the internal elections for Vice-Chairman of the Liberal Party, Julie Bishop who served as the Foreign Minister of Australia grabbed a majority of votes against Defense Minister Kevin Andrews. With the acquisition of 70 votes against 30 votes to Andrews, Bishop subsequently served as the Deputy Prime Minister of Australia.
